Primary air filter
(1) Use of primary air filter: filter section in general ventilation air treatment equipment or primary filtration of fresh air system. Features: The filter material can be replaced by itself, and the initial effect of the paper frame is not reusable.
 
G series: primary air filter, low resistance; large air volume; long service life.
Scope of application: suitable for primary filtration of air conditioning systems. The primary air filter is suitable for the primary filtration of air conditioning systems, mainly used to filter dust particles above 5μm. The primary filter has three styles: plate type, folding type and bag type. The outer frame materials include paper frame, aluminum frame, and galvanized iron frame. The filter materials include non-woven fabric, nylon mesh, activated carbon filter material, metal mesh, etc. The net has double-sided sprayed wire mesh and double-sided galvanized wire mesh.
 
The characteristics of the primary filter are: low price, light weight, good versatility and compact structure. Mainly used:

G series coarse air filter is divided into eight varieties, namely: G1, G2, G3, G4, GN (nylon mesh filter), GH (metal mesh filter), GC (activated carbon filter), GT (high temperature resistant filter) coarse filter).
 
(2) Folding medium-efficiency air filter Application: filtration of ventilation system. General air purification in the fields of electronics, pharmaceuticals, mechanical instruments, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, light industry, food, etc. Features: high efficiency, large dust holding capacity, small footprint.
 
(3) Use of bag type medium-efficiency air filter: central air-conditioning centralized ventilation system, or as a pre-filter of high-efficiency filter, it can reduce the burden of high-efficiency filter, prolong its service life, and can also be used in general industrial fields. Air purification. Features: small resistance, large dust holding capacity.


Medium-efficiency filters are mainly used in central air conditioning and centralized air supply systems. It can be used for primary filtration of air-conditioning systems to protect the next-level filter in the system and the system itself. In places where air purification and cleanliness requirements are not strict, the air treated by the medium-efficiency filter can be directly sent to the user with medium-efficiency The frame of the bag filter is in the form of cold plate spraying, galvanized plate, etc. The filter material is non-woven fabric, glass fiber, etc., the filtration particle size is 1~5um, and the filtration efficiency is 60~95% (colorimetric method).
 
The medium-efficiency air filter is mainly used to capture 1-5μm particulate dust and various suspended solids. It is widely used in various air-conditioning equipment and air-conditioning systems, and is also used for intermediate protection of multi-stage filtration systems. This series of products are mainly bag-type structures, and the outer frame materials are: aluminum alloy, galvanized steel plate, and can also be made into frameless. The filter element material is mainly non-woven fabric.




High-efficiency air filters are mainly used to capture particulate dust above 0.5μm and various suspended solids. The air purifier is mainly composed of a filter element and a shell. The basic requirements are high filtration efficiency, low flow resistance, and continuous use for a long time to reduce the cost of later consumables.

High-efficiency air filters can be widely used in optical electronics, LCD liquid crystal manufacturing, biomedicine, precision instruments, beverages, food, PCB printing and other industries in the dust-free purification workshop of the air-conditioning end air supply. Both high-efficiency and ultra-high-efficiency filters are used at the end of the clean room, and their structural forms can be divided into: high-efficiency with partitions, high-efficiency without partitions, high-efficiency air volume, and ultra-high-efficiency filters.
